- PFI – from business case to completion, acting for local authorities, housing associations, contractors and special purpose vehicles;
- Strategic Service Partnerships - ranging from corporate and central services to tackling homelessness;
- Big Ticket Land Regeneration – helping contracting authorities attract developer partners and advising developers bidding for such schemes; and
- Frontline Services – leisure (private sector and trusts), streetscene (various councils), Decent Homes (housing associations, councils, Almos).

- Asset Backed Vehicles – various development stage examples include housing, office accommodation, and economic development;
- Community-Led Regeneration – guide neighbourhoods (such as Witton Lodge), two-thirds of New Deal for Communities, community land trusts, developers;
