Registered Social Landlords (RSLs)
Anthony Collins is a specialist social housing firm with a national reputation. Based on our experience within the this sector, we appreciate that RSLs require specialist managed service from their property lawyers. For our RSL client base we undertake:
- right to buy, right to acquire & preserved right to buy
- a new service involving buy back of RSL properties from former tenants
- existing satisfactory dwellings purchases
- schemes for the elderly
- plot sales including shared ownership
- equity loan schemes
Upon receiving each set of instructions from the RSL, we aim to progress the transaction to completion, allowing our clients to take a back seat whilst we look after the entire process for them.
The care sector
