We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Reception team. Duties will include; welcoming all clients and visitors to the firm; operating the switchboard, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary; providing efficient and friendly front of house service for firm and client events; and assisting with refreshments when necessary.
This role would suit an individual with excellent communication skills and telephone manner, who has a professional and approachable manner, is able to work under pressure, and works well as part of a team. Previous experience of working n a professional services environment would be useful.
The hours for this role are 9.00am - 5.15pm, with an hour for lunch.
